Hostvisors works with third parties who deal with end consumers. Hostvisors will pass customer details between parties as required to facilitate bookings and services. If you have signed with one of these third parties, you should be aware that customer details are also stored at Hostvisors. Payment information, including credit card details, is processed and stored by secure third-party payment processors, and Hostvisors does not store this information. When you provide payment information, it is encrypted during transmission to ensure security.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
User information will not be disclosed to any third party without the user’s consent, except: 1) as required by law or legal proceedings; 2) in order to establish our legal rights; 3) as part of a sale of Hostvisors.
