Scale by Hostvisors System

Our highly integrated tech stack allows you to control the genesis and flow of data in your business systems. Every aspect from guest data, listing data, accounting and financial data is seamlessly integrated, offering you the best insights possible. Use it for just your STR business or combine other businesses such as LTR, lending, stock trading, or even your W2/1099 job. If you use a software system with an open API or even track your data on spreadsheets we can build a custom integration just for you. We then build data visualizations based on what you want to track, such as amenities, change in cancelation policy, performance per location, etc. The possibilities are nearly endless! Armed with the power of visual data, make your best decisions yet.

Custom Built Integrations

How does Hostvisors pull together such a powerful system?  Here are some of the common questions we get, and their answers.

We can work with any channel manager that provides financial data through their open connection (API) to hosts.  Examples include Hostaway, Guesty for Pros.  A complete list can be found on our Integrations Page.

When reporting to local tax authorities and filing taxes, property managers are required to report on gross receipts.  When Airbnb sends you a payout after removing their fees (commission) you are not receiving a true picture of the gross earnings.  You are typically getting 97% of the booking value only in your “payout.”  In order to accurately capture the gross revenue hosts must create an accounting entry known as a “credit memo” and apply it to  the reservation’s invoice.   Hostvisor’s system creates this automatically for you, saving you from a potential issue with taxing authorities by giving you an accurate gross earnings amount.
